Following a call given by the central committee of Centre for Indian Trade Unions, a fund collection drive for displaced persons in Palestine was conducted in Bhimadole town in West Godhavari.
As per media reports, an amount of Rs.6,700/- was collected and the same will be handed over to CITU All India President Ms. Hemalatha.
Fund collection drive was conducted by West Godavari District CITU president Sri R.Linga Raju. Sarpanch of Polasanapalli village Ms. Rahima Begum and others took an active part in fund collection.
