An illegal Church construction has been stopped by locals at Alwal, Secunderabad and reported to authorities with all the details demanding legal action and arresting the culprits at the earliest.
As per the details, on the intervening night of the 3rd and 4 th July 2021, Michael and Anjaneyulu taking advantage of the darkness, began constructing church at government land with survey No, 13, 584 & 505 situated in Jonnabanda, old Alwal.
The locals represented by Sri S Chandra Shekar, president of Telangana VHP Dharma Prasar Vibhag and Sri Gopi from BJP, Nagraj, Sumanth, Amaranand and others complained to Smt Nagamani, Mandal Revenue officer and Sri Mallaiah, RDO,Malkajgiri division of Medchal district and demanded immediate action on the entire network behind this illegal activity that could disturb the communal harmony in the locality.
