Telangana BJP new working committee with 70 members

BJP Telangana State President Bandi Sanjay on Saturday appointed the new BJP state working committee with approximately 70 members. With the party organizational in all 38 districts in Telangana, two were represented from each district. Former party presidents of all districts were appointed as members of the working committee.

With the exception of former BJP presidents from Karimnagar and Nalgonda districts, party presidents from all other districts have been accommodated in the new working committee. Along with them, about 35 others who could not get a chance as state office bearers, have been appointed as members of the Executive Committee (EC).

The new working committee is going to meet on Sunday under the chairmanship of Bandi Sanjay. The BJP cadre is excited as the state executive committee is meeting 9 months after Bandi Sanjay took over the reins of the party. BJP state in-charge Tarun Chugh and Union Home Minister Kishan Reddy will attend the meeting, which will be held at the Raja Rajeshwara Function Hall in Secunderabad’s Sikh Village.

Senior party leaders K.Laxman, Muralidhar Rao, DK Aruna, Vivek Venkataswamy, MPs Arvind, Soyam Bapurao, MLAs Raja Singh, Raghunandan Rao, MLC Ramchander Rao, party presidents of all districts and state office bearers will be present.

The latest political situation in the state, the upcoming elections of two MLCs and two municipal corporations will be discussed. The focus will be on institutional strengthening of the party with the goal of bringing it into power in Telangana in 2023.
